Under the motto SELECT AND RECYCLE TOGETHER FOR CLEANER BITOLA, PE Komunalec Bitola and the legal entity for handling waste packaging LLC PAKOMAK Skopje, in collaboration with the Municipality of Bitola distributed additional 500 plastic containers with a capacity of 120 liters for primary selection of waste (PET plastics) in individual households on the territory of the Municipality of Bitola. The containers have been placed in Lavchanska naselba (district) and the district Nedopirlivi, which means 500 new household will be able to separate plastic (PET) waste. That brings the total number of individual households on the territory of the Municipality of Bitola able to separate dry and liquid waste to 1000. The donated equipment’s value is 1 million denars, while the value of the containers for plastic (PET) waste with a capacity of 1.1m3 for collective residential units is 2 million denars.
